Service Heroes 18/10/20 My warranty service has not been completed and I would give negative stars if I could. This has been outstanding since at least early August 2020 - it is now October 2020 and I’m still waiting for Ventair to resolve. The heater light and fan were originally not working on my unit. Ventair replaces the entire unit with one that was more faulty - light, heater light and fan malfunctioning. Ventair would no longer replace the whole unit but first replaced the light, which now only flickers intermittently (still not quite right). When they were going to replace the heater light, the part that was provided was damaged - this is still outstanding. Now the fan is malfunctioning. This has made me totally lose faith in this product and I have voiced my strong dissatisfaction to my architect and my builder to bear in mind for their future clients. VENTAIR - PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH A UNIT THAT WORKS!!! THE ONE YOU GAVE ME IS SO UNDEPENDABLE THAT IT SHOULD BE REPLACED AS A WHOLE!!! My next step will be to familiarise with my consumer rights and consider raising this with the appropriate government authority. Heidi , ASHFIELD, 2131
