BQE p/l 09/10/20 5 stars . The electrician was polite , experienced and re installed a replacement. Left the room clean and tidy . Very pleased from original contact with Reece where I purchased originally , to being contacted by supplier and organise trade person to contact me for convenient time to install replacement. Great communication.
Service Heroes 16/12/19 Job was not done. The electrician wouldn’t do the job unless he could update the electrical board at a cost of a ‘few hundred dollars’. If I was getting more done than just 1 fan replaced then yes I would agree but not for 1 thing. Also the faulty fan had already been installed so he wouldn’t need to do any electrical work except to turn off the power and plug the new fan in then turn the power back on, so zero stars for that, they left but came back saying that Brilliant asked them to leave the replacement fan with us hence the 2 stars.
