Same Day Written reports

We understand the time pressure involved in the house purchasing process and we provide a comprehensive written building report on the same day as the inspection (*or within 24 hours). We also encourage our clients to attend the inspection and receive a free on-site consultation. A building and pest inspection will arm you with a thorough report containing photos and explanations of each defect uncovered during the inspection and an estimate cost for repairs – we leave nothing unturned. Should you have any questions in regards to the property or the report we offer unlimited phone follow-up with the inspector.

Nothing short of professional, knowledgeable and helpful. John assisted us above and beyond our expectations. The report was concise and thorough well worth their fees. Uncovering in excess of $40,000 worth of termite/structural damage and asbestos to the un-trained eye would have gone un-detected. We withdrew our offer.
